Mark's message: Sunday 8am 14Mar2010. YEP..... as predicted... Sunday morning... looking good!! Sun is out, swell is W 5-7ft @ 13 sec's this morning, light SE winds. Low tide at 6:30a, high tide at 12:50p, remember, it is an hour later...... Water temp about 50, air will warm up to 56 today. By 6pm, swell will pick up to WSW 8-10ft @ 12 sec's with the SE winds picking up to 15-20mph. Great Morning in Cannon Beach!!! We had a bunch of fun with the people that stopped by for the Wine Tour Sampling.... Pedroncelli wines were enjoyed by many, including Maria and I..... Monday.... W 12ft @ 10 sec's with SE winds 20mph, 7am low tide, 1pm high tide, cloudy and 66. Tuesday W 12-15ft @ 10 sec;'s with SE winds 20+mph, showers and 55. Wed. W 15-20ft @ 12 secs, W winds 15mph, cloudy and 55. Thursday WNW 10-12ft @ 13 sec's with NE winds 15mph, mostly sunny and 58. Friday WNW 5-7ft @ 12sec's with NE winds 10mph, partly sunny and 62. Saturday W 5-6ft @ 13 sec's with light W winds, cloudy and 56. So....for the Washington University's and Mt. Vernon Schools on spring break, you will get a bit of everything this week..... later in the week will be great for surf...... Have a great week......
